FASS Events 18/19

FASS (Faculty of Actuaries Students’ Society) is a society for those studying actuarial exams who work in the Edinburgh region. It is mostly made up of trainee actuaries working in industry across a large variety of companies.

Much like SAS, they run networking events and talks to help educate students on a variety of topics. SAS has a strong linkage with FASS and the SAS President sits on the FASS Executive Committee.

For more information about FASS visit their website http://www.fass-online.co.uk. To attend any FASS event you must be a FASS member. Currently the cost for students to become a FASS member is £8 per year (academic year 18/19).

During the initial sign-up events for SAS in the first couple of weeks you can sign up to FASS through us. If you wish to join after this period you will need to sign up using their website.
